This four-week program led by Predator Ridge physiotherapist Andrew Koppejan, includes weekly in-person one-hour group sessions at the Predator Ridge Fitness Centre starting the week of November 14th.

In this 4 week program, you will:
Understand How to Avoid Injury with Pickleball
Learn key movement principles and understand the key reasons for chronic pain and stiffness and learn how to decrease injury risk across the body.
Know Where to Focus with Personalized Insights
Walk through personal self-testing across multiple categories and quickly understand areas for improvement. And find exactly the progress you’ve achieved during the program.
Improve Strength & Mobility for All Key Body Areas
Improve your body’s capacity to improve performance and decrease risk of injury. You will learn clinically proven exercises for the shoulder, back, hips, knees, ankles and elbows.

- In-person sessions at the Predator Ridge Fitness Centre

- Mondays from 4 to 5 pm
- Program is limited to 12 participants

About Andrew
Andrew has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2009 and has a special focus on helping older adults move with ease and confidence.
Andrew graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2009 from the University of Alberta. He has pursued several post graduate courses and certifications including a Certificate in GunnIMS from UBC and a Certificate in Medical Acupuncture instructed by Dr. Aung from the University of Alberta. He also completed numerous courses in movement system diagnosis, running injury prevention, shoulder rehabilitation and sleep health.
